Shipping Policy for SharpRapic

1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all locations within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we are working to expand our services in the future.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or for custom orders. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer multiple shipping options for your convenience:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day (available for orders placed before 12 PM local time)
Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method chosen and the destination of your order.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and the delivery location of your order. The total shipping fee will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. SharpRapic is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply to deliveries (if international shipping becomes available in the future).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
In the unfortunate event that your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team at info@sharprapic.net within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and, if necessary, provide a replacement or a refund.
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or holidays may cause delays. If there is an unexpected delay in the shipping of your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and do our best to resolve the situation.
8. Customer Responsibility
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate. SharpRapic is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at info@sharprapic.net.
9. Return Shipping Costs
If you need to return an item, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as sending the wrong or defective item). Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy for more details.
